2. จัดการบทความได้เองในหน้าแรก
3. มีระบบผู้ดูแลระบบ  แยกเป็นเนื้อหาช่วยกันทำเป็นส่วนๆเช่น ห้องสมุด บทความ ข่าวสาร ปฏิทินนัดหมาย
4. มีกระดานข่าวแยกหมวดหมู่สำหรับครู ศรช.ในการประสานงานกับนักศึกษาในกลุ่ม
5. มีระบบความปลอดภัยสูง
6. ใช้ระบบฐานข้อมูลในการจัดการ
7. ปรับให้เขากับสถานศึกษาของ กศน.โดยเฉพาะ version koratsite1.08 โดย อ.นิกร

ปรับปรุง Koratsite ครั้งที่ 3 เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆกับงานกศน.มีการปรับปรุงเพิ่มเติมดังนี้
1.ในเมนูหลักได้นำ css เข้ามาช่วยในการแสดงผลผู้ใช้สามารถเปลี่ยนรูปแบบเมนูได้ 9 แบบ แก้ไขข้อความ Link ได้ตามที่ต้องการ
2.ในเรื่องเด่นวันนี้ได้นำ databease มาใช้เพื่อความสะดวดในการนำเสนอ
3.ข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์แบ่งเป็น 2 คอลัมภ์
4.ศรช.เครือข่ายนำมาไว้ตรงกลาง  วัตถุประสงค์ต้องการเสนอที่ตั้ง ศรช./เครือข่าย/ภูมิปัญญาที่มีอยู่ใน  จังหวัด  หรืออำเภอของตนเอง
5.ข่าวสารบ้านเมืองย้ายไปไว้ด้านข้างเนื่องจากเป็นเนื้อหารอง
6.ภาพประทับใจ  ผู้ใช้สามารถ upload รูปไปไว้ใน /image/images แล้วดู code ในบล๊อค  (ดูรหัส HTML) เพิ่มรูปได้ตามต้องการ
