เวทีการทูตระหว่างประเทศกำลังอยู่ในความวุ่นวายหลังมีขีปนาวุธตกลงในหมู่บ้านแห่งหนึ่งในโปแลนด์ที่ใกล้กับพรมแดนยูเครน ส่งผลให้มีผู้เสียชีวิต 2 คน

เหตุการณ์นี้เกิดขึ้นหลังจากรัสเซียระดมยิงขีปนาวุธโจมตียูเครนระลอกใหม่ทั่วประเทศเมื่อ 15 พ.ย. เพียงไม่กี่วันหลังจากถอนทหารออกจากเมืองแคร์ซอน
