สวัสดีครับ ผมคิดว่าผู้เข้ามาอ่าน Website ของผมคงใช้ Social media กันหมดทุกคน และ 70% เป็น Social media management Team ที่มีความวุ่นวายในการจัดการช่องทาง Social ต่างๆ ทั้ง Facebook Page, Facebook Ad, Google Ad network หรือแม้กระทั่งการพยายามมองหา social listening หรือเครื่องมือในการกวาดฟังเสียงผู้บริโภคใน Social media ช่องทางต่างๆ
